When one talks of Economy doing well or
not well, one has certain parameters in
mind. The growth rate of GDP, unemployment
rate, inflation rate, fiscal deficit etc.
These parameters are available only historically,
and the present parameters can only be estimated.
The perception of the entire economy is
unfortunately based on this guesswork. So one day
if the FM says the economy is doing well
the next day the CMIE, or the RBI issues
a statement that the economy has slowed down.
As has been our previous experience, none of
the estimates turn out to be perfectly
correct, hence we should take all these expressions as
opinions and form our own judgement.
All these so called experts are like " Blind men

Cat"
