| Query : | I have been maintaining FCNR account with Bank of India, Pune Branch in India since 1983(Except between 1993-97 when it was redesignated as RFC account). I have problem of not getting the feedback on my deposit. I have asked them to automatically renew the deposit every 6 months and send me the xerox copy by fax and mail, while keeping the original receipt in Bank's Safe Custody. Recently I have a difficulty in getting the same from them. Where can I complain? I tried to reach by website but the message says "The site is under construction"since past several months. The concerned branch has no e-mail address.
