I obtained a Rupee Draft for inr 350,000 and
sent it to my bank in Bombay. At the time of
issuing the DD, the bank in Kuwait sent the
advice of issuing such a Draft.
However when the cheque hit the counters
of the bank on which it is drawn they
returned with remark "advice not received' please
present after two days". Thereby
creating disturbance for me.
This deficient act of the foreign bank is to be pinned
Please suggest me on how to go about the same to
get compensation from the foreign bank.
