Message :	Sir, Kindly show me light on the procedure on OTS in relation to NPA account. A loan has become NPA on June,2006 in NON- SCHEDULED CO-OP BANK . Firstly, the said loan is covered under OTS or the time for such scheme has been elapsed. If yes then is there any way out for such one time settlement. Secondly, If any circular or RBI guidelines are available then kindly mail me or provide me a link. Thirdly, If time permits then NPA guidelines for MULTI-STATE SCHEDULED CO.OP BANKS - OTS settlement norms are also needed.
