The government of Chhattisgarh would from time to time be mobilizing funds for infrastructural and economic development of the State through the CIDC. The Corporation wishes to identify Category-1 Merchant Bankers who will act as Advisors and Arrangers for the funds to be raised . The Merchant Bankers will be responsible for various activities related with mobilization of funds.
Interested Merchant Bankers are invited to send Expression of Interest in sealed covers including details of their track record, rating, the most competitive coupon rate for a variety of instruments, minimum time frames and tentative financial terms for providing above mentioned services. The selection of Merchant Banker/s will be based on details furnished in the offer and minimum cost of funds. The State Government/CIDC reserves the right to appoint one or more Merchant Bankers and the decision of Government of Chhattisgarh in the matter will be final. The last date for submitting the offer at the above address is September 17, 2001.
