The Bureau of Infrastructure Investment (BII) of the Board of Investment of Sri Lanka (BOI) on behalf of the Ministry of Constitutional Affairs and Industrial Development wishes to invite reputable and credible Investors to develop, operate and manage Sri Lanka's first Information Technology Park at Dompe.
The IT Park is designed to accommodate a large number of intakes who will follow IT education and industry driven training. It will also provide space for software developers.
It is expected that the selected Investor will make commitments towards designing and development of the facility, furniture and fittings, hardware, communication network, other facilities and requirements that may be considered necessary.
Interested Investors must provide the following information indicating that they are qualified to undertake the proposed project
· experience in developing, managing and operating similar projects
· financial credibility
· technical, organizational and managerial capabilities
· marketing capabilities of the project internationally
Based on the information, a maximum of six (6) investors will be short-listed and the Request for Proposals (RFP) will be issued to them.
