Message :	The ICICI charge 220 as bounce charges. When you have entered in the agreement with ICICI then you have yourself agreed to pay the bounce charges in case of default. Why you have issue a cheque, if you know that it contains insufficient balance to honour the cheque? You must be careful while using your cheque book otherwise you will be panelized.
