Subject:	Charges on card transactions
Message :	Offlate most of the vendors have started charging 2% on transaction value. Can someone update if its legally valid? The reason is that bank is charging them or deducting it from their payments so they loading on us. In my opinion they should not be doing that.. but whats the rule?? Can some one highlight??
