Banknet India Conference to focus on electronic payment systems
Banknet India, focused on banking knowledge & research and one of the largest organizers of banking industry conferences, is organizing "Third Annual Conference on Payment Systems in Banks" on the 10th January, 2007 at Taj Lands End, Mumbai.
This conference is being organized in view of the quantum leap forward made by Indian banks in terms of switching over from paper-based transactions to electronic means, RTGS, NEFT and other electronic modes. Conference Theme is “Moving towards Electronic Payment Systems”.

20 prominent speakers from- Reserve Bank of India, State Bank of India, Punjab National Bank, Bank of India ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Bank of Rajasthan, IndusInd Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank and major IT Companies will speak at the conference.
The conference will focus on Automated Clearing House, ECS, RTGS, NEFT, Cheque Truncation, ATMs, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Card Payments, Technology & Security issues in Electronic Payment Systems, International Remittance Services etc.
