I beg to disagree in here, the BSRB have been abolished for good because for quite some years their selection procedure was getting way too mechanical without actully been able to judge a candidate's real abilities and at the same time ignoring some grave holes in the knowledge of some. Thus the point that they were following the standard procedure and thereby were doing any good to the banks can not be raised for their defence. All in all a very good step if the recruitment bodies set up by the banks themselves are much more competent.
