Legal provisions in regard to International Finance

CII(ER) is looking forward for expert comments on the Legal Provisions in regard to the International Finance in India. If any one feels that there needs to be any revision in the present Acts eg FEMA or RBI provisions etc they must send their views with statistical data within a week.
If some one is having any statistical data regarding the inflow of investments in India or the scope of investments abroad, the same might also be send.
