Message : Foreign banks outsourcing are forced to do so due to factors like Cost and competition. Most of the foreign banks are considering India to outsource due large potential for cheap labour who have good education and command on language compared to places like china and other countries.

Indian banks still need to improve in customer service and create awareness among customers to use different forms of services offered by Indian banks. The need for outsourcing arises when people stop using physical locations of banks and depend more on services through internet, telephone etc.
