Message :	i would like to know how i back to back letter of credit is issued. I am an exporter and importer presently having a confirmed irrevocable letter of credit from a first class european bank.I want to open a letter of credit to my supplier on behalf of this L/C is it possible. In case some has more details or you know of someone who is in a similar situation .Please let me know about it.
