Corporates can issue short term paper to Mutual funds, NBFC's at MIBOR Linked rates. That will reduce their dependence on Banks for Working Capital Loans. Bank credit can be further used for lending to Small and Medium Scale Enterprises.This will lead to overall development of the economy.
