Subject: Customer Service in banks
Message : I shifted my account from a public sector bank to a private sector bank to get better service. But to my surprise, I am faced with brash & unhelpful staff. they do not give ack to my cheques, do not allow me to have their phone number and complaints are taken as a joke. Above all they do not know much about banking. All type of charges are taken.

I am going back to my old govt bank, where service may be slow but at least considerate and knowledable staff and above all no hidden charges
