Message :	i am a post graduate student in electronics and instrumentation technology , from the university of kashmir.I want an education loan in order to continue my studies. I want to either go for M.Tech. in the same field or I want to go for research work ph.D. But due to lack of finance I could not continue.Now if you acknowledge me with a positive bias I may think in yhis very direction.
