Name : Shailesh Khedkar
Subject: Money Transfer to India
Message : Hi , The details regarding SWIFT code and the message format needs to be taken from SBI. Once taken these details can be given to your Bank abroad. They will transfer the money. Generally in case of remotely located Bank, main center will receive the inward remittance in foreign currency and then forward the money in INR to their branch where you hold the account.

The charges/fees for such transfer varies from bank to bank.

The conversion rate is applicable on the actual day of conversion.
