Message :	This largely is a matter of contract between you and your bank. Thus, you need to refer to the contract; i.e. Application for Debit Card, Term & Conditions and all other documents between you and the bank which form full contract between you and the bank. Generally, such contract protects the card as much as once you report loss of card, subsequent transactions after such report are not charged. As of now, believe there is no law which requiring banks to compensate you unless the bank has failed to perform its part of the contract with you, in which case the bank will be liable to the extent of its failure.
