Message :	Agreed there should be protection to the debit card holder. apart from insulating the cardholders from such losses, the banks should provide information as to be what should be done immediately. They should also provide helplines and the concerned bank's should act immediately. The central database should be alerted instead of the particular branch. All Bank's should think over this immediately attend to this problem.
