Subject: International Banking
Message : Any business that crosses the borders of a country is called international business. A bank that handles cross-border business is said to have handled international banking business.

In layman's language, because (almost) every international business involves exchange of home currency for foreign ones (and vice versa) at some stage or the other, people refer to international banking business also as 'foreign exchange business'.

Banks can promote international banking business simply by going for it - both in products and services, and by developing the skills as well as infrastructure required for the purpose.
