Message :	Getting license for opening bank has become a multi billion lottery. Original promoter of Centurian bank got money to leave though the bank failed. Merger of Centurian Bank & Bank of Punjab will make promoters of BOP rich. Promoters of Yes bank have already made money by selling shares of absolutely new and unknown bank at Rs 45 I am surprised, why RBI prefers individuals over corporates like Tata, Birla to start banks.
