Message :	At least, investors should be cautious about the stocks of banks like Yes bank, Centurian Bank, Bank of Punjab. How SEBI can allow a new bank like Yes Bank with unproven track record, to price the shares at Rs 45. For example NPAs in a new bank will only become known after 1 year.
