Message :	It is now clear that it was due to unrestricted construction along Mithi River and bad drainage system which brought this calamity to mumbai. Government should immediately stop all new construction activity in city for 1 year. Review and than decide case to case basis. Take drastic decisions like pulling down existing structures on wetlands and other areas close toMithi river.
