Dear All,
I'm new here and would like to ask for your help. My project on my internship is to develop the tool/methodology that would put financial calculation on delivering products quicker to the market.
E.g. I'm end market and want to have product X launched on my market. I call Regional Supply Chain and tell them what I need. They reply to me that they need 3 months unless they put additional resources into speeding up my request. Therefore they ask me what is the measurable benefit of the fact that they will treat my request as priority.
Therefore, do you have any idea about best practices in the area? How other companies do so? I tried to google it but haven't found any calculation model or case study.
