Subject:	DRT & Cooperative Banks
Message :	Would like to know with Debt Recovery Tribunals(DRT) now for debts recovery for banks does all cooperative banks also has to go to DRt or they can still go to coperative societies act of 1960 and approach registrar to get recovery certificte. As to my knowledge after bombay high court order in dec 2004 which clearly said all cooperative banks has to go to DRT now.
