message :	Reduction of exemption of interest and Dividend under Section 80 L from present level of 13000 to 9000, reduction in Tax Deduction at Source limit are very negative. Further overall interest rates are going to come down by 1.5-2.0%. So how the retired people will manage. Can anybody guide?
