Query :	Friends, I would like to know (1) what is the rate of interest chargeable on overdue export bills? whether such penal interest is charged only for overdue period or from the date of purchase. (2) If the export bill becomes a bad debt and the exporter refunds the bill from the domestic resources what rate of interest is charged?
