Query :	01. Why the GOI is not seriously considering for merger of some loss making Nationalised Banks even when it is happening for New Private Sector Banks without such losses ? 02. When GOI and IBA is forcing commercial banks for VRS of their staff, why no such step is taken for RBI and IDBI or IFCI ?
