Query :	Mr Tare seem to be very positive about existing functioning of BSRB. But he is forgetting that it takes more than a year for banks to get people that too at the lowest level & only from those who apply with quota for resevations etc. Now they can go for the brightest at both entry & senior level as & when requirement come up.
