First COFFI- Conference on Film Finance at Mumbai 27th April, 2012 at Taj Lands End, Mumbai Our first international conference on film finance took place on 27th April, 2012 at Taj Lands End, Mumbai. The conference saw participation from more than 150 national & international delegates from the film as well as the finance industry. 20 eminent filmmakers, investors & media professionals addressed the First Film Finance Conference at Taj Lands End, Mumbai on the 27th April 2012 . Conference was inaugrated by eminent filmmakers, Mr Ganesh Jain, Mr Ketan Mehta, Mr Kundan Shah & Mr Ken Ghosh. The conference had interesting discussions related to Film Financing & Lending, Film Insurance, Managing Risks in Film Production, Understanding Distribution Network, Problems of distributing independent small budget films, Working on Co - Production & Co - Financing Partnerships, New Strategies for marketing films, Impact of New Media and Entertainment Technologies which gave a comprehensive insight to every participant.
